POSITION
The apartment complex is located in the west of Villasimius and it is just 4 km from the center.
The complex of houses, villas and apartments grows on the mountain by the sea and partly on the hill at the foot of the same mountain.
The houses are hidden by the typical vegetation of the area and the gardens of the houses.
At 2 km there is the first supermarket, bar, restaurant, pizzeria. The distance of the Airport and port of Calgiari is about 50 km.

THE BEACH
Sandy beach distant from the houses about 150 m – 400 m, hidden by secular junipers typical of the area to provide shade and cool during hot summer days. The beach is divided by rocks, the natural disposition which divides the ample bay in 3 little bays. The beach can be reached by a footpath. On the beach there is beach service and rental of vessels, (2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per accommodation).
