This is where one meets or retreats. Thus an “inner life” is created in the heart of the house that still offers plenty of privacy. The front part of the plot is dedicated to a terrace with an adjoining swimming pool. This is practical as parents can in this way watch their little ones splashing around in the water. The beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias is only a five-minute walk from the house, walking along a path through the residential area. Cala Sinzias is a southern branch of the Costa Rei and there you will find the “Maklas”, one of the most beautiful beach bars in the whole of southern Sardinia.
